Departments
The
Presidency
It is responsible for chairing the meetings and assits the secretariat in the administration of the organisation.
The
Secretariat
This department runs the day to day work of the
organization. It coordinates the agenda,
correspondence, and implementation of most
projects and administrates in liaison with the
various offices.
The
International Office
It is responsible for the Foreign relations of
the GWU Youths with foreign Trade Union Youth
Sections and International Federations of
workers. The International Office is also
responsible for the development of the
Section’s international policy.
The
Finance Office
This department is responsible for managing the
finances of the organization and seeking new
funds for the movement.
The
Public Relations Office
The PR office is responsible for running the
communications externally from the organization.
This ranges from media contributions and the
production of publications and the usage of mass
media as a potential to reach out to the youths
of Malta.
The
National Office
It is responsible for the National relations of
the GWU Youths with national organizations,
mainly youth movements. The National Office is
also responsible for the development of the
Section’s national policy.
Human
resources office
The Office is in charge of seeking new members
and running schemes and services for such
members. It is also responsible for keeping
healthy relations with the GWU Trade Sections.
